Accounting Administrator, Procurement – 6 months

This is a Contract position in Toronto, ON posted August 21, 2021.

About the Opportunity Acting on procurement tasks as outlined by the Procurement Manager, including tracking and maintaining the contracts database Assisting the Procurement Manager with the preparation of documents related to the procurement process, including contracts Assisting departments with navigating the procurement process to ensure compliance with policies and following up on existing purchase orders, contract addendums, etc Providing administrative support, including coordinating meetings with vendors Maintaining pre and post-award contract files in accordance with procurement procedures Testing of new system solutions in FIS (financial information system) pertaining to procurement About You College diploma in accounting Minimum of 5 years related experience Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and advanced Excel skills Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is an asset Pay Rate $23
