With pan-Canadian activities and a presence in the U.S., the Group is an important player in numerous market segments.This role sits within Laurentian Bank, a subsidiary of Laurentian Bank Financial Group.The incumbent acts as an expert in the management of marketing campaigns for the various products: fixed deposits, index investments, plans (RRSP, RRIF, TFSA), mortgage and personal financing.

In this regard, he is responsible for planning, developing and implementing the growth and retention campaign for the various product portfolios in order to support business objectives in terms of sales volume, market share and profitability.

It also contributes directly to the achievement of objectives through the maintenance of a competitive and profitable product line.ResponsibilitiesºActs as an expert in the management of the global service offer for the different ranges of products and services according to the different projects in order to guide their evolution and development.ºParticipate in the establishment of business solutions by taking into account the orientations and sales objectives, the evolution associated with products, services, various distribution networks and ways of doing things.ºSubmits recommendations that may influence profitability, sales, the portfolio mix and resulting in the composition of resources (sales, networks, back-office) assigned to said product.ºParticipate in annual development planning, marketing plan and sector priorities.ºAdvises internal clients in situations requiring intermediate professional expertise.ºEnsures the distribution of the product range through all current and future distribution networks.ºGuide the marketing plans for the product line.ºConsult the various stakeholders and recommend strategic orientations.ºCarries out various projects and mandates that may have a significant impact on profitability and efficiency.ºDevelop marketing plans, communication plans during the development of new products and assess opportunities, trends and analyze the positioning of the competition.ºPerforms all necessary research regarding new or existing products and maintains a database on products and services offered by the competition.ºEnsures the achievement of target rates of penetration and use of new products.ºManages the implementation of asset retention products.ºPlays an important role in the budget planning of the sector and in the follow-up of the real evolution against the budget, analyzes and justifies the variations.ºMaintains and maintains communications with internal and external stakeholders involved in the activities of the section.ºMaintains up-to-date knowledge of current legislation, policies, programs and procedures and is on the lookout for market trends.ºPerforms any other task of the same nature or of a general nature requested by his superior or required within the framework of his dutiesQualificationsºUniversity education in a relevant field and 4 to 6 years of experience in product or project management.ºExcellent knowledge of the banking industry and trends.ºExperience with banking or financial investment products.ºExcellent interpersonal and customer oriented skillsºStrong sense of organization and planningºInitiative, autonomy and excellent team spiritºWriting experience and communication skillsºBilingual, French / English (oral and written)ºGood knowledge of the Microsoft suiteAdditional InformationWe welcome and encourage applications from individuals from all groups, including aboriginal, women, visible minorities, and persons with disabilities, regardless of race, ethnicity, sexual orientation, creed, family status, national origin, age and gender.
