This position will be responsible for performing a variety of financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, building financial models, assisting with financial planning, performing research and analysis, preparing reports, and assisting with close processes.

The position will be responsible for position related OKRs.Responsibilities Include:Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing financial informationDeveloping various forecasts related to budgets, key performance indicators, account payables, account receivables, expenses etc.Build and improve financial models to assist with regular and ad hoc analysis and reportingAnalyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company”s actual performance compared to the business plansComplete ad-hoc projects and reports for business partners as requiredLiaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintainedAssist with month end dutiesAssist with General Ledger maintenanceCorrespond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be takenIdentify new metrics to drive business performance relative to strategic priorities while minimizing riskAccountable for Individual and team OKRsOther duties as assignedRequired Skills and Knowledge:Proficient in QuickBooksAdvanced or Expert knowledge of MS Excel, pivot tables and formulasCurrent knowledge of accounting principles, methodology and standardsStrong analytical thinking, data management and administrative skillsAbility to get to the root of the problem, address issues and follow up in a timely mannerAbility to pick up new concepts/technologies quicklyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multitaskAbility to follow repeatable processes to ensure successful resolution of problemsAbility to deliver the positive voice of LMN in all interactionsAbility to handle ambiguity in a positive mannerAbility to show empathy and patience when interacting with othersAttention to detail and accuracySolid verbal and written communication skillsTeam player and able to work independentlyCommercial and business awarenessA keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into dataAbility to stick to time constraintsQualifications:Must have post secondary education in an appropriate discipline (e.g.
