* Responsible for all functions in Finance & Administration related to Accounting / General ledger; Handle General Ledger team for accrual, adjustment and account balance analysis; including highly complex accounting topics; focus is on general ledger, payroll, pricing, warranty* Responsible for month-end closing and ensure accurate reporting on timely basis* Ensure compliance with company policy and local regulations* Responsible for the reliable financial statements incl.
coordination of external audits* Continuously review the operations and internal processes, system development and harmonize in order to enhance efficiency * Personnel development and team build-up to provide high standard service* Closely monitor Accounts Receivables performance and ensure timely escalation to contribute to Vitesco Working Capital* Cooperate with Regional Reasurer and Tax Manager * Coach and develop young talent to provide high quality and valuable service, building the talent pool for the financial community; * Holdregular team review meeting; Setup and monitor Team targets and KPIs; Define performance metrics and report team performance regularly* Take ownership of team management routine such as job allocations, performance feedback, recruitment and training Public Practice Experience preferredIFRS experience Additional Language skills (e.G.
Spanish or German) a plusProject Management Experience People / Team Management Microsoft Office tools as well as KNIME and PowerBI are given skillsValid Driver’s license and passport are required.
Some international travel may be required.
