(1) $23.63 Max (18) $43.63SHIFT: DayHOURS PER DAY/WEEK: 7.00/35.00SUMMARY OF THE POSITION:Person who analyzes the needs, conceives and applies professional techniques in the field of Administrative methods and systems, in order to improve service delivery.SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS:The Cree Board of Health and Social Services of James Bay (CBHSSJB) has just created an IT Project Management Office (IT/PMO) in order to make sure the projects are carried out smoothly and that the management is efficient.In such a context the PMO managers wishes to offer the IT project managers a coordination support for the administrative tasks related to the IT projects.Under the supervision of the coordinator PMO and the Team Leader, this individual will be part of the IT/PMO team and his/her main role will be to carry out the administrative tasks as well as the management of administrative projects related to IT.Prepare project management documents based on the processes and templates established in the IT/PMO and in the MHSS.

This role can be shared with the IT/Project Manager; Identifies withthe IT/Project Manager the list of IT equipment needed for the project and its administrative management (Budget, requisition, follow-up and in some cases implementation); Participates and follows-up with the various workers regarding the project’s follow-up tasks; Documents the challenges, risks and recommendations related to the changes impacting the clientele; Prepares and coordinates writing the necessary documents for the new project request made to MHSS (Files on opportunities, business files, the project’s situation) within the framework of the Information Resources Management Plan (IRMP); Prepares accountability documents on his/her projects for the IT/Project Management Administration, the MHSS or other committees, based on the frequency and the needs identified by his/her immediate supervisor; Maintains the project’s records (Decisions, requests for changes, risks, items to resolve, milestones, etc.) and he/she ensures their follow-up.REQUIREMENTS:Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or another appropriate university discipline.Experience:Knowledge of the computerization of network, clinical, medico-administrative, administrative or business documentation projects is considered as an assetKnowledge and Abilities:Knowledge of the health network is considered as an asset.Capable of working in a complex technological setting in constant transformation.Team spirit, autonomy and client orientated thinking.Ability to popularize, ability to express his/her thoughts, to influence and convince.In-depth knowledge on project management.Excellent analyses capabilities.Motivation and strong determination to produce results in order to meet the organization’s needs.Strong capabilities in verbal and written communication.Excellent capabilities for leadership, organization, project management, communication, analysis and problem resolution as essential.Capability to establish priorities and work under pressure.Ability to express him/herself clearly verbally and in writing.Have a good sense of responsibilities.Language:Fluent in English and French; Fluency in the third language is an asset.Other:

It is a remote region in northern Quebec made up of ninecommunities of the Cree Nation, an Indigenous population of nearly 18,000people.The health and social services offered are front-line services provided in the ninelocal CMCs as well as second‑line services through the regional hospital centre in Chisasibi.

When second and third-‑line services cannot be provided in the community, patients are transported to institutions affiliated with McGill University’s Réseau Universitaire Intégré de Santé(RUIS).
