Title: Administrative AssistantIndustry:Real EstateLocation: Downtown Montreal, QCPosition Status:Full time/ Permanent (a mixture of on-site and work from home)Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pmCompensation and Benefits:50,000 55,000 CAD/year depending on experience + Benefits (including, laptop, mileage, tuition reimbursement,…) + vacationThis position is only open to residents of Canada who have legal work authorization.About our clientwho is hiring for this position:Evlv is currently working with a fashion company that has an immediate requirement for a Data Entry Operator.Our client is in the Real Estate industry, they own and operate numerous condo buildings in Downtown Montreal.

They are looking for a proactive “Administrative Assistant” to join their team.The right candidate has the following soft skills:Autonomous and intelligentResponsive, proactive, and accountableHard-working and dedicatedGreat organizational skillsGreat customer service and communication skillsAble to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentRequirements:At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or an administrative positionBilingual (French and English, speaking and writing)Good computer skills and advanced typing skillsValid driver’s license and possession of a personal vehicle (miles will be covered by the company when visiting condos)The responsibilities will include:Coordinating different projects by phone and emails (large volume/day)Escalating issues received by email to the right person/departmentScheduling access to tenant dwellings (for tenants or contractors)Communication with suppliers (invoicing follow-ups and negotiations, ordering of materials)Visiting condos for check ups and administrative purposesDispatching the maintenance team to perform repairs and ensuring scheduled maintenance is completedPreparing residential leases and lease renewalsPreparing letters as instructed by the managementFiling rental board casesPerforming data entryScanning and filing documentsOther related administrative tasks
