This is a Full-time position in Montreal, QC posted January 24, 2021.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales and service team.

You will be a key contributor to our sales team’s success.

You will primarily be in charge of maintaining a workflow between departments.

You will be in charge of creating proposals and sales order worksheets based on the sales representative and client agreement.

You will be in charge of scheduling and preparing our sales team for important meetings and tradeshows.

You will provide outstanding customer service by acting as a liaison between the sales team and the customer.

Responsibilities:Create proposal and sales order worksheetPrepare pricing spreadsheets in Microsoft ExcelMonitor public bid/tender websites for new releasesWork with the sales team on public bids to ensure complianceAssist in creating sales material for sales preparationCoordinate scheduling with clients and sales team membersCoordinate with clients, service department and shipping companies for delivering goods and installationMaintain website and LinkedIn profile up to dateMaintain customer databaseSchedule and organize manufacturer Lunch & Learn presentations at Architect & Engineering firms, and customer sitesCoordinate company’s participation at annual tradeshows in the pharmaceutical, medical, and life sciences industries (booking of booth space, shipping of booth materials, travel and hotel reservations, etc.)Additional Duties:Ensure timely follow-ups with:Our manufacturers and the Toronto office regarding equipment and/or service partsOur customers regarding the status of their orderOur customers regarding Preventative Maintenance and Calibration schedules, and renewal servicesQualificationsEducation: Minimum college degreeExperience: Minimum 2-3 years in an administration or support roleExcellent verbal and written skills in French and EnglishProficient with:Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)AdobeWeb browsersProactive and self-motivatedStrong attention to detail, highly organized, and creativeWorks well in a team and independentlyProficient with numbers and arithmeticExpected Start Date:Jan 2021Benefits:Dental CareDisability InsuranceExtended Health CareLife InsuranceOn-Site ParkingSalary:$43,000 $48,000 per year
