Scheduler and Administrator

Shoppers Confidential Canada

This is a Contract position in Edmonton, AB posted August 4, 2022.

Scope: To ensure that Shoppers Confidential has the vision towards continual improvement and growth in an efficient and effective manner.

Process Responsibilities:

  • Continually exercise a growth mindset, highlighting efficiency.
  • Remains current on changes to SCI business practices, process flows and organization and provides input and collaboration.
  • To be available and prompt in responses as a ‘go-to’ contact for daily operations and issues
  • Monitoring and supporting client project deadlines to ensure 100% completion, 100% of the time
  • Act as a delegation point for incoming client requests as needed and ensures requests are completed in a reasonable time frame
  • Assists in the new Client Onboarding process for designating Client Line Manager
  • Assists at new client on-boarding to review reports and client portal for quality
  • Assist with recruiting activities and strategies
  • Assist with team onboarding selection decisions

Business Responsibilities:

  • Continually train on all operation portal functions to be able to assist and support when needed
  • Scheduling of specific client lines
  • Client contact for specific client lines
  • Act as the second review as necessary for shopper’s reports before exporting to clients
  • Monitors the overdue and non-accepted assignments daily and follows up with schedulers
  • Monitors the validations daily to ensure no reports are unvalidated 24 hours after submission, follows up with the editing and validation team
  • Prepares monthly invoices for clients
  • Completes special projects as assigned

Skills:

  1. Possess a strong command of English both written and spoken
  2. Excellent computer skills
  3. Excellent people and customer service skills
  4. Quick learner
  5. Self-starter, as this is a work-from-home position
  6. Work well within the team player, and on their own
  7. Great attention to detail
  8. Be able to work effectively remotely within a team environment and independently
  9. Able to meet deadlines
  10. Excellent communication skills, written and oral
  11. Proactive and take initiative
  12. Excellent phone manner and written skills
  13. Flexible schedule (The schedule would be flexible overall, but will require checking in on evenings and weekends)

Nice to have:

  1. This is not a technical role, but HTML programming knowledge would be an asset.
  2. Mystery Shopping experience is an asset
  3. Shopmetrics software experience

Compensation:

  1. This is a contract role at $18-20 per hour based on experience to start.
  2. Wage will be reviewed after 3-month probation
  3. Quarterly bonuses are offered based on performance and company performance
