Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Renovation Jack Of All Trades to become a part of our team!
You will perform necessary work and have a strong knowledge of all aspects of Residential Renovations including:Framing, Insulating, Trim & Doors, DrywallTaping, Painting, Flooring, California CeilingsFlooring, Siding, Roofing, Decking, FencesSome Electrical, Plumbing, & H-Vac knowledgeA keen eye for finish workResponsibilities:Repair major and minor issues with equipment and buildingsComplete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashionOrder and replace broken parts or equipmentMaintain a clean and a safe work spacePerform other duties, as assignedQualifications:Previous experience in renovations or other related fields (10 years preferred)Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipmentDrivers licenseReliable transportationDeadline and detail-orientedAbility to handle physical workloadCompany DescriptionAt D& M Craftsmen we provide all of your renovation needs.
