– 12 Month Contract (Hybrid)

As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers while maintaining accuracy of client accounts and processing waste toner orders. You will also provide extended support to clients by handling service requests submitted from our website, Manage Print Services Web Portal, and Image Ware Remote.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Provide excellent service to clients when responding to requests and providing appropriate information and guidelines
  • Respond to customer service and order requests
  • Create new equipment accounts and maintain accuracy of existing profiles by applying
    all company policies and procedures in order to ensure the integrity of data
  • Evaluate customer issues/concerns and utilize the recommended course of action in
    order to obtain resolution or apply the appropriate course of escalation
  • Maintain the MPS Portal Service Holding Que and report any discrepancies
  • Process all waste-toner order requests and maintain a record of the associated revenue
  • Submit monthly reports

What We’re Looking For

  • Post secondary education
  • Fully bilingual French and English is required
  • 3-5 years of related work experience
  • Strong time managment skills
  • Ability to review and investigate issues via email, review service contracts, and other sources to determine clauses in customer contracts
  • Excellent process and project management skills
  • Good comupter and techinical skills with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good equipment operations skills to discuss equipment and/or software solutions with customers

  • This position offers a Hybrid work schedule. You will be required to be in the office Mondays and Wednesdays each week, with the ability to work from home for the remainder of the week (subject to specific business needs requiring office attendance)
