Job DescriptionOur Client is looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their team.DescriptionPurpose: Coordinates, by borough, all activities in each sector; dispatches different groups of workers, including contractors, while ensuring that priorities are respected.Major Responsibilities :Interprets, prioritizes, and assigns the various work requests to get the work done according to the information received while considering corporate and CRTC objectives and the company’s deadlines to meet client requests.Follows up on the dispatch of the necessary manpower considering the various stakeholders, including contractors, to ensure that the documents and manpower are coordinated together.Updates revise and complete all necessary documents based on the information received from the various stakeholders to keep the data up to date and to allow for the follow-up of activities to obtain an accurate billing of the services provided.Conducts research relating to delayed orders to speed up their execution.

Notifies the project management manager, first-level managers, and/or any other department involved of abnormal operating conditions that may arise from findings in the normal course of his work to correct deficiencies as soon as possible.

Makes appointments with certain clients and the Commissioning sector when required to have the work carried out at the client’s convenience and to ensure client satisfaction.

Documents the dispatch tool and informs the various parties involved of the number of hours available to complete the work, based on information obtained from supervisors or others, to distribute the work among the resources of a borough.

Follows up and completes the time reports for the payroll of our technicians, while ensuring the accuracy of the account codes, activity codes of the contractors’ report, and the follow-up of the completed work in relation to the specifications.

Follows up on the releases to carry out the work according to the rules of the trade, considering our sector of activity.

Sorting and internal distribution of the various reports.

Maintains and always develops a customer service attitude by establishing positive and professional relationships with external and internal clients and partners, by providing service and assistance, information, and quality advice to ensure their satisfaction.

Performs all other related work required by his or her job or requested by his or her superior.Takes advantage of opportunities to make up-sell or expand the range of products and services appropriate for the client.
