Renewal Sales Representative

 Job Description: 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Make outbound calls to an existing customer base to sell subscription based renewals
  • Upsell our products and services to existing customers
  • Network with existing customers to gain lead referrals
  • Act as a resource by providing exceptional customer service through answering questions and resolving subscription issues
  • Create proposals in SalesForce CRM and follow up with customers
  • Consistently utilize SalesForce CRM tools to track and manage activity, forecast business and process orders
  • Contribute to the team’s quota

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

  • 1+ years of client facing experience or equivalent education
  • Proven track record of success handling a high volume of outgoing sales calls
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and track information accurately
  • Thorough knowledge of CRM Systems, Salesforce CRM preferred
  • Strong computer skills; MS Office Suite with a strength in Excel
  • Passion for providing exceptional customer service
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Flexible and adaptable self-starter with strong relationship-building skills
  • Must have a passion for your work and an ability to apply that passion to both daily tasks and larger projects
  • Collaborative and team-oriented attitude
  • Effective problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with little to no supervision
  • Intellectual curiosity, humility, accountability and positive approach
  • Requires the ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort
