www.idatalinkmaestro.com Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in embedded systems design with at least 3 years of development in an embedded Linux environment, preferably in an automotive application.

A thorough, in-depth knowledge of developing device drivers, libraries, and applications for embedded Linux on various chipset platforms.

Ability to self-manage, multi-task, and keep track of simultaneous ongoing projects.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with peers and work cooperatively with management.

Experienced in architectural design, drafting requirements, resource allocation, project planning and scheduling and managing sub-contractors.

Experienced in a product release cycle: development, verification, testing, validation, deployment and quality assurance.

Strong problem solving and trouble shooting skills.

Excellent written and spoken communication skills.

Maintain a high bar for product quality, safety, and user experience.

Knowledge of multi-core, multi-processor architectures, real-time systems, multi-threading, digital electronics, audio and video processing, streaming protocols for audio and video.

Knowledge of best programming techniques and mastery of C and C++ for embedded systems.

Knowledge of various communication protocols TCP/IP, UDP, WiFi, BLE, RS-232.

Experience with development environments and diagnostic, debugging tools and lab test equipment.

Experience with a versioning system like GIT.

Experience with standard hardware interfaces (USB, UART, SPI, I2C).
