Position: Behaviour Analyst, Monarch House Waterloo 12 months contractual roleYou can get $1000 sign on bonus so join us and grow your career with us!Please send your resume to Apeksha Santoki ( by mentioning BCBA Monarch House – Waterloo in the subject of the email.As a Behaviour Analyst at Monarch House Waterloo, you will be responsible for assessing, designing, monitoring, and supervising ABA interventions for children and youth with ASD, other developmental disabilities, or other learning and behaviour needs.

You will be responsible primarily for clients in the ABA program.Responsibilities:Assess client needs and caregiver prioritiesDevelop, monitor, and supervise a behavior plan for each client, targeting areas of skill acquisition and problem behaviour reductionConduct Functional AnalysesProvide training and regular feedback reviews for ABA Therapists and Lead TherapistsLead team meetings and work collaboratively with caregivers and other professionalsDevelop and update treatment plans as requiredMaintain knowledge in current evidence-based practicesSupervise graduate students pursuing certification and other ABA students (e.G., BST/ABS), if appropriateSupervise and mentor ABA Therapists and Registered Behaviour Technicians™ (RBT®)Skills, Requirements, and Qualifications:Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsAt least 2 years’ experience working in ASD and/or Developmental DisabilitiesValid driver’s license and access to a vehicleCurrent police check for the vulnerable sectorMasters degree in Applied Behaviour Analysis or related field with ABA courseworkCertified as a BCBA™Experience with conducting Functional Analyses and functional behaviour assessmentsExperience with using ABLLS-R, VB-MAPP, and/or EFL assessment toolsSome evening and weekend hours may be requiredBenefits:Gain unique experiences involved with developing new program and service modelsWork with a dynamic team of in-house professionals and consultants (including BCBA, BCBA-D, BCBA/SLPs, SLPs, OTs, PTs, etc.)Gain experience providing student supervision under the BACB guidelines; 8-hour course requirements covered by Monarch HouseCE credits made available through Monarch HouseOpportunities to present at conferencesOpportunities to be involved with formal research projects (conducted by BCBA and BCBA-D published researchers)Extended health benefits package fully covered by Monarch HouseSalary to be determined based on qualifications and experienceWhat CBI Health can offer to youWe are proud of our friendly environment, supportive leadership and the knowledgeable team members who make it all possible.
