This is a Full-time position in Trenton, ON posted January 31, 2021.
The successful applicant will provide nursing care and services to residents of our retirement home.
Services will include medicaiton administration, nursing assessment, monitoring of acute and chronic medical conditions, completion of medicaal treatments such as oxygen administration and wound care.The Registered Practical Nurse will also communicate with residents and their family members regarding health changes and care needs.The applicant will also act in a supervisory role at times assisting with scheduling and supervision of employees.
Successful applicants will be required to provide an acceptable vulnerable sector criminal check and proof of 2 step Tb testing within the past 6 months.COVID testing will be required within 7 days of start date and will be required to be completed as directed by the public health unit.
