Role and ResponsibilitiesWe are hiring a Human Resources Business Partner Associate, basedin Montreal.

·Reporting responsibilities: The Human Resources Business Partner Associate will report directly to the President/COO.
·Product knowledge responsibilities:The Human Resources Business Partner Associate, with the training provided, must have basic knowledge of the entire I-MED product range.
·Time allocation: After the first four weeks, it is expected that the Human Resources Business Partner Associate will work independently on tasks and successfully deliver them on time.
·Management expectations: It is the expectation of management that these individuals become a successful addition to the company and continuously learn, grow, and develop into a rewarding experience.
·Tasks include, but are not limited to:Talent attraction, recruitment, and onboarding of the workforce and making I-MED Pharma “the place to work”.This includes:oEducates and advises managers on statutory or regulatory requirements in one or more areas of staff management such as compensation, benefits, recruitment, selection and performance managementoProvides full-cycle recruiting including onboarding and entering and processing of new hire information and recordsoProcess all new hires, terminations, changes to hours and salary or job title changes, complete necessary paperwork, update employee database, and issue employment contracts.oManages benefits administration to include employee enrollments and termination, claims resolution, change reporting to carriers and brokers, and timely communication of benefits information and eligibility to employeesoResponsible for managing local employee records on the HRIS system.

Completes regular data audits to ensure 100% data accuracyoMust be able to clearly communicate human resources policies, procedures, laws, regulations, company programs and employment contractsoProvides internal customer service, advice, direction to management and employees for day-to-day needsoProvide confidential administrative support to Directors, Management and SupervisorsoSupport the management team in arranging and documenting all communications to employeesoIssue and maintain required reports (internal & external)oAssistAccounting Manager with payroll tasksoLead initiatives to make I-MED Pharma an Employer of ChoiceoOrganise team building and social eventsoManage, prioritize, and execute multiple projects independently, and deliver results while meeting timeline and budget considerationsoOther duties as they may ariseQualifications, Language and Education
·HR Degree/Diploma and/or other professional training in human resources/labour relations
·2-3+ years of generalist human resources experience with proven experience in the areas of recruitment, onboarding, orientation, and new hire integration.
·Previous experience managing an HRIS.

·Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint)
