Job DescriptionDurham Recruiting is looking for an upbeat, multi-tasking and organized Bookkeeper / Administrative Professional with Automotive/Truck Dealership experience.

Our client is based in Clarington and is looking for someone to be in the office 100% of the time.

The Opportunity: In a nutshell, you will be responsible for the full-cycle bookkeeping of 3 companies (2 small ones) and a variety of administrative tasks.Bookkeeping in Sage – Dealership accounting experience a mustFiling of HSTReception – answer phones, greet customers and receive/sort mailOrganize the office, filing, storing documents onlineHelp with paperwork for the sales of the automotiveHelp out when the company is audited – supplying paperwork/information neededAd-hoc Admin projects as assignedWhat Stood Out For Us: Our client has an outstanding reputation in the community with various locations throughout Durham.

This location is one of their smaller locations staff wise but as with all locations are 100% focused on customer service, referrals and reliability.
