Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.Job description:Role SummaryThe Human Resources Intern will work with a variety of HR and Health and Safety professionals to provide administrative and recruitment support.

In addition, the Intern will work with the team to organize and coordinate engagement activities/events.Key Responsibilities Provide general administrative support for the Human Resources Department, including file maintenance, HRIS updates, etc.

Participate in the recruiting process; including setting up interviews, conducting interviews, applicant screening, reference checks and any required testing Update job posting boards, statistics, organization charts and job descriptions Participate in the development of employee communications and assist with the preparation of plant-wide meetings and other presentations Assist with processing temporary requests, terminations and transfers Prepare and update orientation packages and coordinate sessions Help to coordinate Training sessions, prepare training manuals and update training data base Assist Team Members in resolving questions and concerns Design, prepare and distribute reports and other communications as required Conduct research on best practices and make recommendations.

Review and update policies and procedures as required Work on various special projects within the team Assist in brainstorming ideas for special event activities and help to coordinate.

Or is a recent graduate of the HR program and has obtained their degree/diploma within the past 12 months.
