An exciting opportunity for Coordinator, Human Resources & Facilities.

This is a permanent opportunity with Qvella Corporation located in Richmond Hill, Ontario.Nature and Scope of Work:The Human Resources and Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day support to the business including, but not limited to: full cycle recruitment functions, IT administrative support, and facilities and vendor management.

The ideal candidate will be a driven and detail-oriented individual who can support various teams and manage vendor/client relations with professionalism.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily:Complete administrative recruitment functions and support the HR team in hiring, and coordination of third-party background screeningsSupport recruitment functions by managing the job postings and pre-screening candidates on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)Create and maintain confidential personnel files for HR records managementComplete HRIS data entry and benefits administration, and updating records as neededCoordinate with hiring managers the tasks and resources required for onboardingSupport employee brand enhancement strategies (such as local job fairs and community events)Support IT Administrator with ticketing system and managing technical support requestsManage facilities inquiries/requests and coordinating vendor site visits as neededMaintain an up-to-date list of vendors and contact informationProvide administrative support to the Health & Safety Committee by creating and posting minutes, and maintaining an open issues logAdhere to Company and departmental policies as well as the Quality Management SystemOther related duties as requiredQualifications and Requirements:At least 2-4 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, and/or administrative supportExcellent computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to manage multiple prioritiesCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalEducation: Degree/diploma in Business Administration, or Human Resources; a combination of other education and experiences will be considered.
