Our People: Work alongside an inspirational leadership team and like-minded, highly ambitious individualsour leaders are passionate, caring & extremely invested in your personal and professional development and growth Career Progression: STA has a clear career path with a generous and competitive compensation structure and increasing earning potential Life as a Recruitment Administrator at STA… This is a critical role in our organization as you will be supporting senior members of our recruitment team in a number of key areas including: Arranging phone interviews with potential candidates and communicating via LinkedIn InMail, including managing calendars and schedules Administrative related tasks within the Salesforce CRM/ATS system External job posting management on LinkedIn and Salesforce Managing additional tasks to support STA’s impressive client portfolio Providing ad hoc support to each Director as needed to facilitate and support all recruitment efforts as you grow and develop new skills Ensuring your availability and responsiveness to changing needs and schedules We want to talk to you if… You are a self-motivated individual who is extremely well organized You are professional and a good communicator (verbal and written business communication) who loves interacting & connecting with people You are proactive and act with urgency and responsiveness You are adaptable, can handle evolving priorities and can multi task effectively without compromising the quality of the experience You know how to prioritize between tasks, effectively manage expectations and meet deadlines What you can expect from us… A role that will provide professional growth through training, coaching and mentorship in an intellectually stimulating environment where we work as a team to solve difficult problems A flexible schedule that works with your life and 100% remote work Generous hourly wage on a contract for 6 months with possibility of extension, $42-52K yearly salary range ($22-28/hr) depending on experience 30 hours/week pro-rated $31K
