Network Asset Lifecycle Management Lead

The Position Title: Network Asset Lifecycle Management Lead Location: Mississauga Duration: Regular Full-Time Role Type: Individual Contributor Role Number of Positions: 1 PT Engineering and Site network and facilitates are accountable for driving our decision making for our current and future Assets across the network to standardize, drive cost effectiveness and appropriate investment decisions to achieve our PT performance promises.

This new position is focused on ensuring world-class Asset Lifecycle Management programs, including maintenance & reliability plan execution, spare parts inventory management, asset upgrade and replacement CAPEX Planning.

These contributions will support our Asset Planning efforts, ensure capital projects realize smooth handovers, and ensure our operations are in compliance, reliable and cost effective.

In PTT we are responsible for stewarding a multi-billion asset base across our Pharma Network.

You will have network responsibility for asset management strategies, and will lead efforts to drive alignment and consistency with maintenance standards and approaches, ensuring the effectiveness and alignment of PT Site Facility and Engineering functions.

Your Key Accountabilities: Accountable for implementing support of the global standards for ensuring reliable, efficient and compliant services.

Responsible for leveraging strategic partnerships, executive relationship management, and performance of key service providers across the PT sites to drive operational efficiencies Collaboration, Co-Creation and definition of future way of working with our PT Sites and landlord organizations.

Partner with key PT colleagues (e.g.

Site maintenance functions) Support the development of PT capabilities in facility & asset management, including MRO, master data and condition assessment Actively contributes to best practices and continuous improvement (in close collaboration with our Operational Excellence group) Through the technical communities, catalyze and support innovative ideation related to asset management.

Within the technical development project and portfolio management function, and may act as partner for relevant processes, e.g.


Who you are The ideal candidate is a leader with great business and financial acumen as well as strategic consulting skills.

You must have corporate facility management experience, ideally in a highly regulated/GMP environment with dynamic and competitive business conditions.

Qualifications and skills required: Bachelor or Masters degree in Business, Engineering and Facilities Management with preference for expertise in mechanical, electrical, environmental or related fields.

MBA is desirable as well as certifications in Six Sigma, Lean or Operational Excellence Demonstrated success(es) in tangible Asset Management results through people and teams collaboration Demonstrated success with proven track record of experience in Corporate Facilities and Operations Management either as a client or service provider, and ideally in biopharma, life sciences or other highly regulated industry.

Deep and broad experience with facilities service models, including providing direction to IFM strategic partnersand having accountability for service provider executive relationships, emergency response, crisis management and business continuity Strategic and systemic thinker who proactively anticipates business risks and has a strong drive for execution with a compliance focus.

Balances need to create an exceptional workforce experience with need to deliver operational efficiency Outstanding analytical skills and financial acumen: capable of analyzing financial, quantitative and/or qualitative data and translating into high-impact insights and recommendations.
