As a Senior Manager in our Assets and Innovation team within our Supply Chain & Network Optimization practice, you will be responsible for generating, leading, and managing a portfolio of Supply Chain engagements (projects) within your focus area.

This role has full life-cycle responsibility over projects that are asset-based and/or leverage bespoke development involving AI/advanced analytics, which includes responsibility for identifying opportunities, proposal development and management, project delivery, team leadership and team performance, quality of our project deliverables, and engagement financials.

Specifically, you will:
• Work at the intersection of disruptive technology and the Supply Chain to help clients connect the dots between the art of the possible and how it can drive real, tangible results to meet their goals today
• Oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring client satisfaction and project profitability
• Develop and sustain strong, lasting relationships with clients to drive continued business
• Use expertise in Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics as it relates to the Supply Chain to identify future trends and build new, innovative service offerings
• Manage and guide the development of a portfolio of innovative AI and Analytics products for clients based on their desired use case, aspirations and vision
• Manage a diverse team of talented consultants while coaching them to their highest potential
• Work with high profile clients on a variety of Canadian and international engagements, including opportunity to travel across Canada and internationally (as needed)
• Oversee practice growth and development through contribution towards thought leadership and training programs related to the use of Artificial Intelligence in the Supply Chain
• Engage with innovative technology vendors across enterprise and startup ecosystems to bring the right solutions to our clients About the team Our Deloitte Supply Chain & Network Operations (SCNO) Consulting practice is the largest in the Canadian market and part of the largest consulting firm in the world.

To support our continued growth, we are looking to add an experienced leader with extensive hands-on work experience developing cutting-edge strategic programs and assets, ideally in the data, analytics and/or AI domains.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you You are someone with:
• 8 years leading operations or project teams in one or more key Supply Chain domains: o Supply Chain Planning (e.g.

Demand & Inventory Planning, Network Optimization, Supply Planning, Finite Scheduling, Constrained Master Planning, etc.) o Strategic Sourcing / Procurement o Logistics and Distribution (Warehousing, Routing, etc.) o Manufacturing Strategy and Operations (e.g., Maintenance and Reliability, Process Management, etc.)
• Strong perspective on the use of Artificial Intelligence in the Supply Chain, with a focus on expected future trends in this space and the real-world business value of AI
• Demonstrated experience with business development, including develop/maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies
• Demonstrated experience with managing client engagements end-to-end including planning & budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solution from top management to all levels; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics, issues and risks
• Superior communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and strong analytical skills
• Experience overseeing the design and development of analytics / AI solutions and Agile Methodology is considered an asset
• Undergraduate studies in Business/Engineering/Mathematics/Computer Science; postgraduate studies in Computer Science or Supply Chain related specializations advantageous.
