High Output Sports Inc.

is based out of North Vancouver and has been one of the biggest wholesale distributers of Water, Wake, Snow, and Skate sports equipment in Canada for over 30 years.

We currently have an opening in our warehouse for a full time inventory & logistics coordinator.

The right candidate will work directly with the owner, warehouse manager, and sales manager and be adaptable and personable!

Responsibilities:Creating price lists and item codes for all products and uploading all information into our software (appr.

7 brands/1000+ codes in the winter, and 5 brands/2000+ codes in the summer)Creating Excel order forms for each brand and uploading them into the system once received back from customersWorking directly with the suppliers and freight forwarders to organize international importsWorking directly with customs to ensure accurate and timely clearing of product shipmentsExamining customs invoices to ensure correct duty has been applied to all itemsAccurately receiving all products into our inventory software and entering/matching all associated invoices (vendor, customs, etc.)Regularly coordinating with the Warehouse Manager to resolve inventory discrepanciesMiscellaneous tasks as necessary Requirements:2-4 years experience with logistics and inventory proceduresMust be proficient in ExcelExperience with Great Plains is an asset but not requiredExperience with water and winter sports such as wakeboarding, water skiing and snowboarding is an asset but not necessaryMust be comfortable working independently with minimal supervisionMust be a team player and willing to help out other departments if needed
