Summary of position: The Logistics Administrator will act to pack and ship customer orders daily in a fast paced high volume warehouse.

They will be required to use SAP ERP program to accomplish the shipping, as well as web based shipping label creation when SAP integration is not available.

Essential responsibilities and duties: Assemble customer orders for delivery Determine method/arrangement of shipping Prepare bills of lading through SAP and other tools as necessary Prepare Customs paperwork using CERS online portal Receive incoming shipments Tracing of customer packages as required Track training resources Assist in processing of Customer Returns as needed Assist in assembly of supplies for courses, tradeshows, conventions Liase with shipping companies and suppliers Place product orders Processing of daily and monthly customer invoices and statements with mailing equipment Track and input purchase orders Other duties as deemed necessary by supervisor/manager Follows safety rules and maintains personal safety and the safety of others including maintaining a clean and safe work area Accurately records and reports information as required Follows employee policy within the company Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

High school diploma or equivalent 2-4 years work experience in a related warehouse environment Must have basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Experiences with SAP and asset Physical requirements: The requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee: Must be able to stand 8 hours a day (with periodic breaks allowed) and walk up to an hour Must be able to occasionally push/pull up to 50 lbs.
