● Flexible working schedule (remote) Required skills and qualifications:
● Minimum of 1-3 years experience in a marketing or communications or journalism Related position – ideally with both digital and traditional marketing strategies
● Degree in Marketing or related field
● Experience with SEO and digital analytics
● Experience with CRM database (e.G.Zoho)
● Strong English and French written and verbal communication skills (interest in Copywriting, blogging and newsletter drafting skills an asset)
● Demonstrated experience with Social Media, with knowledge of Mail Chimp, Survey Monkey and other communication tools an asset
● General knowledge of Adobe – Photoshop and InDesign an asset
● Self-starter who takes initiative and ownership of assigned projects
● Ability to dive in and “run with it”
● Adaptable, resourceful and attentive to details
● Great team player who can also work well independently Duties may include, but are not limited to:
● Coordinate ongoing marketing campaigns to ensure every initiative is aimed at customer Engagement, driving sales and maximizing profitability.

● Co-develop compelling campaign content for digital and traditional media such as print Publications, presentations, webinars, brochures, customer testimonials, direct mail, Blogs, whitepapers, case studies, social media, etc.

● Create automation campaigns for social media marketing.

● Collaborate with agencies and consultants to ensure projects are executed according to Plan.

● Liaise with other internal stakeholders to ensure all activities are in sync with Multi-channel marketing campaigns.

● Capture required information at key touch points in the customer life cycle in order to Provide insights into the customer journey and optimize sales potential.

● Organize and schedule (virtual) trade show and local (virtual) conference events by Coordinating all facility bookings, show logistics, shipping, booth set-up, promotional Materials and speaking opportunities.

● Assist with reporting on website analytics on a regular basis, and implement SEO best Practices.

● Stay up to date with social marketing trends and strategies.

● Other administrative duties as required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year Schedule:
● Flexible from 30-40 hours per week, Monday to Friday Experience:
