It’s not every day you discover an opportunity that matches everything you’ve been looking for in your next job: a dynamic digital marketing role in an organization dedicated to creating meaningful change and transformation in people’s lives. Today is that day!  We’re Erickson Coaching ( , and we are looking for you: our new Digital Marketing Specialist.   This is an exciting new role in our marketing team and we’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented digital marketing specialist to help us continue our expansion into different sectors across the globe. Established 40 years ago and represented in over 85 countries by more than 45,000 graduates, Erickson Coaching has pioneered International Coach Federation-accredited coach training and human development in North America and globally. We are passionate about inspiring transformational change in others. Our clients include companies SAP, Canada Post, Ikea, IBM, and more! Digital Marketing Specialist:In this dynamic role reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to support strategic marketing goals and brand growth in North America and globally. You’ll play a critical role in executing both the technical, content, and creative elements of each campaign, reporting on marketing data and campaign performance, creating engaging content, and liaising with various departments to support marketing projects and campaign deliverables.Practically speaking, you will: * Help develop and own execution of our fully integrated digital marketing campaigns including email, paid, SEO, social media and content channels* Design, optimize, and conduct A/B testing for the website, emails, and landing pages* Provide weekly reports on marketing campaign data, KPIs, ROI, etc.* Manage email marketing communications, including email nurture workflows, newsletters, list segmentation, and tracking of all email campaigns* Create and edit engaging content aligned with the brand for inbound and outbound marketing campaigns (e.g., videos, social media, blogs, client case studies, etc.) * Generate campaign ideas to grow the inbound lead funnel, digital conversions, better user experience, and optimized campaign delivery * Create and publish branded content on social media channels, continuously engaging with our target audience* Effectively collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive timely campaign delivery with a focus on collaboration and accountability* Provide creative and editing support for marketing video content* Facilitate the delivery and exchange of marketing collateral, news, and updates between headquarters and international partners* Share best practices with and educate international partners about our branding standards, and liaise with advertising partners, content publishers, and event organizers as needed This is an incredible opportunity to take your passion for digital marketing to a business where you can make an impact every day. If that sounds like your idea of meaningful work, then we can’t wait to meet you.  Qualifications: * Ideally 3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing role, with a proven ability to execute successful multi-channel marketing campaigns* Experience producing content that generates engagement and conversions across various online channels, including social media* Proven experience with Google Analytics, paid advertising, content management, and website backend management* Good knowledge of HubSpot marketing platform* Understanding of Salesforce CRM and ability to generate clear campaign reports and marketing dashboards* Experience working under pressure of timelines and completing deliverables on time, with strong project management and communication skills* Strong proficiency with InDesign, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), Adobe Acrobat, and team collaboration tools (Google Suite, Asana, Zoom)* Marketing graphic design experience* Post-secondary degree, diploma, or certification in marketing, communications, or similar* Experience in B2B marketing or marketing agency experience would be (an asset)How to Apply:Our online application gives you the chance to apply as more than just a resume.
