UP Fundraising is seeking a creative, motivated, and highly collaborative individual to join our team as a Marketing Coordinator.

Marketing Coordinators are the key producers of materials that support UP Fundraising’s business development efforts.

They work under the direction of VP Strategy & Marketing, supporting leadership, senior staff, and marketing leaders to write, design, and produce proposals, presentations, and other collateral/thought leadership used to help execute and win work.

The Marketing Coordinator also supports the general activities of the office, such as strategy, positioning, storytelling, photography, graphic design, and knowledge management.

Each week you will meet with the team and help to create proposals, presentations, and other deliverables, across our multiple business units, and multiple platforms to drive engagement with target audiences and decision makers.You are an ideal candidate who is an excellent communicator and writing skills.You are a communicator who is creative and has a relentlessly positive, flexible, “do whatever it takes” attitude.You will be working cross-functionally within the agency on administrative and operational execution of various projects, initiatives and day-to-day operations, ensuring operational efficiency.What You Will DoWork with VP Strategy & Marketing and leadership team to produce proposals and presentations; research, design, writeand produce materials.You will also assist in client presentations and follow up.Develop new materials to support business development activities and public relations initiativesClose collaboration with VP Strategy & Marketing to plan and track business development efforts.Proactively research target clients to contribute to new business pursuit strategyIndependently you will also be executing on social media, PR, editorial, and campaigns, and video programs to contribute, problem solve, manage workflow, and execute digital marketing strategies.Manage scheduling, production, and delivery of marketing materialsOther Marketing and PR responsibilities as assigned, including social media posts, execute & support client projects, conference research, and tracking, and coordinating video projects.Your Qualifications5+ years of professional experience in a marketing roleExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCreative and impactful graphic design skills, including creating effective presentations and marketing collateralFluent in Google Suite.

Ability to independently manage simultaneous multiple deadlines and diverse project teamsExperience working directly with senior staff on business-critical projectsSelf-motivator with strong organizational and intra-personal skills, and a great collaborator.Strong written and verbal communication skills with grammatical accuracy.Additional SkillsFrench language skills are nice to have!Familiarity with Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite software is an assetSalary: $55,000Qualified candidates must submit writing and graphic samples to be considered.At Up Fundraising our motto is ‘Make it Happen’.
