Window Installer Service Technician

Window Installer Service Technician –  up to $26/hour

Our client in Lethbridge, AB is looking for hardworking, motivated talent to join their team of Service Helpers.

What will you be doing?

• Load service vehicle with parts required for service calls.
• Review run sheet daily to get an overview of jobs scheduled.
• Repair and make adjustments to exterior doors and PVC window products.
• Assist in re-glazing PVC window products.
• Set up scaffolding.
• Clean up job sites during work, and when work is completed to ensure job site is clean.
• Provide excellent customer service and conduct yourself in a professional manner.
• Assist Service technician to complete paperwork and reporting.

What do you bring?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Class 5 Drivers License
• Clear Drivers Abstract
• Ability to clear a Criminal Record Check
• 1+ years’ experience in construction, repairs and
  installation of windows and doors.
• Experience in using hand tools.
• Working knowledge of both metric and imperial
  measurements.
• Ability to identify main components of a window and
  door.
• Have read and be familiar with SOPs.
• Capable of lifting and/or carrying up to 100lbs.
• Comfortable working at variety of heights from a ladder, manlift or scaffolding.
• Proficient in use of standard office equipment such as laptop computers, tablets, and smartphones.
• Capable of Standing, bending, kneeling, and reaching for extended periods.
• Flexibility to complete overtime on short notice due to operational needs.
• Flexibility for overnight stays required for out-of-town jobs.
