Description of the job Responsible to serve as the strategic interface to the Operations business functions, for the purpose of Information Management (IM) technology strategy development, solution discovery, portfolio management, project delivery and application development and support service management.Serves as the business relationship link between Operations business functions and IM at the executive levelResponsible to communicate decisions, priorities and relevant project information to upper management levels regarding business unit requests, projects status, risk and opportunities .Responsible to plan, coordinate, supervise all activities related to the design, development, implementation of the application portfolio relevant to Operations functionsPartner with Operations functions leadership and key stakeholders to define opportunities and identify and prioritize projects based on predefined criteria (e.G.

return on investment, productivity, compliance).Ensure IM strategic directions are defined, maintained and harmonized with Airbus central IM organization as well as clearly communicated to the Operations Ensure adequate level of IM staffing and relevant technical/management expertise to support portfolio execution, application/business support requirements and IM strategy development Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets and 5 year plan, for both operating and investment portfolio, covering requirements for the Operations functions.Ensure appropriate Technical requirements deliverables in support of IM supplier call for tenders as well as actively participate in the final supplier selectionAdopt adequate strategies to monitor and control monthly IM Budget spending within the given scope as per target forecast, including implementing risk and opportunities governance As our ideal candidate, You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Business; Administration and 15 to 20 years of IT and business/industry work experience ; You have at least 10 years of leadership experience and 5-10 years developing and executing strategic plans and/or project portfolios or an equivalent combination of education and experience; You have a broad range of exposure to various technical environments and business segments preferably in the manufacturing and product development sectors; You have strongbusiness acumen; You are familiar with product development technologies :PLM, PDM : Dassault Systems/SIemenst/PTC, Teamcenter, CAD/CAM: Catia V5/V6 3Dx,Doors CAE: technologies associated to Aerospcae Industry; You are familiar with manufacturing systems : SAP/ECC (PLM, PP,PS, MM, SCM…), S/4Hana, Quality systems, Manufacturing Executions Systems ( Apriso )You are familiar with application development methodology : SAP ASAP, Waterfall, AgileYou have a good understanding of Aerospace Product development / Manufacturing process including Planning/Logistics/ Quality/Certification processYou are knowledgeable in Project Management / PMI ADDITIONAL DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:Strategic thinking and planningOperational execution excellenceSystems and Process thinking (End to End)Team and collaboration orientationProblem solvingPerformance drivenLearning orientationPublic speakingEffective written/verbal communication skills Please upload your resume in French and English.As a leader in our field, Airbus Canada Limited Partnership provides relocation assistance for qualified positions and a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
