Working as a part of the Kantar Insights Canada team, fundamental market research skills are applied to ensure best-in-class study execution from study design and questionnaire development through to data delivery.

This junior role within Program Leadership is responsible for executing low to moderate complexity projects according to research design requirements.

Research skills continue to be developed and expanded through increasingly more independent work on increasingly more complex research projects.

Role Description Working with supervision, and following instructions and established methods, support the Client Leadership team as follows: -Research Design & Project Activation Contribute to study design elements of the research.

Assist with preparation of estimates.

Develop and manage sample blend and quota structure, Develop survey instrument using questionnaire library or existing templates.

Work with client to finalize study design and questionnaire.

-Project Management Launch programs.

Manage full Project Timeline, including key project milestones such as questionnaire deadlines, project launch and data delivery.

Ensure methodology, data reporting and study deliverables meet specifications and are accurate and high quality.

Manage operational costs.

Manage, consult, and communicate solutions to client leadership teams as appropriate throughout the life of project Provide regular progress updates to client Routinely monitor: progress of project to ensure timely completion on budget, and ways to simplify and improve processes across accounts and make suggestions for efficiency improvement.

Escalate and investigate any field or data issues that arise on a project and execute plan to resolve.

-Data Reporting & Analysis Provide support to CL and OL on tab specifications.

Provide input for banners as necessary.

Attend client presentations, as needed -Client Relations/Account Management Support the development and maintenance of strong client relationships through attention to client requirements and being proactive and responsive in any client dealings.

Support the management of client relationships and of account development by engaging in understanding client business issues, and contributing to the alignment of research solutions with their marketing needs.

Collaborate with other client service team members to ensure superior account servicing.

Role requirements University degree.

1-2 years’ experience in market research or project management.

Understanding of research concepts and methodologies with the ability to apply identifiable functional knowledge.

Fluent English language skill, with strong oral and written communication abilities.

Highly motivated with the ability to take direction and follow-through independently.

Strong conceptual thinking skills, analytically minded, with a keen attention to detail.

Above-average organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.

Proven interpersonal skills with the ability to attract, expand and uphold client relationships An enthusiasm and interest in contributing to the growth of the business.

Proficient in MS Office.

The salary range for this role in Toronto is $42,100 – $70,200.
