Our Team: We are searching for an extraordinary Business Development Representative, who will act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams.

Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas.

You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until you close the deal.

Your responsibilities: Generate leads by developing sales strategies to draw in new customers Contacting potential clients through cold calls, emails, and creative outreach strategies Presenting our company and product value to customers by identifying client needs and suggesting appropriate products/services Building long-term trusting relationships with customers and potential clients Proactively researching and seeking new business opportunities by identifying markets or potential partnerships.

Following up with existing clients and leads that went cold to develop new opportunities.

Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans Contributing to the development of our outbound sales strategy.

What you should have : Experience in a customer facing, service environment Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques specific to outbound sales Track record of exceeding sales quotas Experience with CRM software (Salesforce an asset) Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts) Understanding of sales performance metrics and how to utilize them Excellent communication and negotiation skills
