(CAN) Operations Assistant

Position Summary The Operations Administrative Assistant provides general and specialized administrative support and organizational assistance to various members of the Operations team across all levels of teams and leadership within the assigned Region (Western/Central/Eastern).

The individual will be required to perform additional job-related responsibilities over and above those outlined below as assigned and/or necessary.

The position demands a high degree of sound judgment and attention to detail in addition to the ability to maintain confidentiality on highly sensitive matters.

The applicant must have a proven track record in an administrative capacity working both independently and in a team environment.

The applicant must be able to demonstrate flexibility and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and quality of work performed.

What you’ll do 1.

Provide general and specialized administrative support to the assigned Region (East, West, Central); complete work assignments, priorities and special projects through effective time management and collaboration with key business partners 2.

Act as a key contact for the field team; establish a clear understanding of information and provide clear communication to internal business partners and external clients, ensuring reliable and timely resolution to inquiries 3.

Create and maintain up-to-date files, records and databases of information; utilize computer programs and software to enter and organize data; analyze data and identify underlying issues, providing feedback and problem solving to support the stores operational success while maintaining security and confidentiality of information 5.

Identify and flag priorities, adhere to deadlines and expectations, communicate progress and information; determine and recommend ways to address improvement opportunities; adapt to and learn from changes, challenges and feedback 6.

Provide support for system access, maintenance, issues of various platforms (e.g.

SharePoint, Outlook Distribution lists, technology) 7.

Back-up support to peers as required 8.
