As we strive to be at the forefront of a complex and vastly changing retail industry, it is an exciting time to join the Canadian Tire family of companies.The Private Brands Specialist will be in constant contact with the Corporation as well as our sister banners in order to communicate the needs of the Franchise Division as well as to have a strong rapport with the purchasing department in order to obtain important information to increase the penetration percentage of our private brands in the product mix.What You’ll Do Follow-up on integration files, overviews (CADs), etc.

with the PD and Design teams Calculate the percentage of gross profit uniformly based on average class and national brand margins.

Track orders and deliveries (INA/DC/O& IM) Modifyand separate POs Make changes and/or cancellations according to changes in the delivery date Making sure that no more changes happen after the deadlines.

Work in collaboration with the O& IM department Track ” Direct to vendor” orders Track ordered samples (SMS) and product photos (Physical Samples, Photos shoots for shows, SportChek Vault (PMM)) Collect information about private brands in relation to products Transfer knowledge across the various OB teams to handle the multiple functions of the Franchise Division.

Ensure that information is transmitted and tracked for the various purchasing presentations and product meetings with INA (B.I, VLP, Brand Launch).

Assist buyers during INA Purchasing Presentations SuperUser AX in order to create manufacturers, change delivery methods (via warehouse) to ” Direct to Vendor”.

Manage the inventory at MDC in order to sell it to our franchisees Encourage franchisees to order via AX for MDC inventory Other tasks depending on the future evolution of the private label portfolio What You Bring Bachelor’s degree or college diploma in administration or related field or equivalent Fully bilingual, in French and English Advanced capabilities with all Microsoft Office platforms, Microsoft Excel Knowledge/experience with private brands an asset.

Knowledge of the Sport Industry an asset Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic and changing environment.
