Our Burnaby location is our head office and is centrally located in the Willingdon Business Park.

This location is easily accessible by the Gilmore sky train station with many shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby.

The Responsibilities Report and monitor claims with Insurers and Adjusters on all Claims as assigned Answer in-bound claims calls from clients, carriers, and internal & external adjustors Monitor general claims emails from clients, internal staff, and insurers Review policy declarations and wordings for coverage conditions Negotiate settlements and facilitate claims with clients and insurers Occasionally meet with clients to resolve claims issues Other duties and responsibilities as assigned The Requirements Level 2 General Insurance License Minimum 2-3 years’ of insurance experience Industry designation an asset (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong computer skills Strong client-service experience Valid driver’s license and own vehicle Asset experience that will make you stand out: Industry designation an asset (CIP, CAIB, CRM, General Insurance & Risk Management Diploma – BCIT) Familiarity with EPIC Our Culture Starts with You We are looking for SELF-STARTERS with an ENTREPRENEURIAL mindset who will take OWNERSHIP of their business We want you to be INNOVATIVE and open to sharing your ideas You work with URGENCY while providing a high level of PROFESSIONAL SERVICE towards our customers, communities, & colleagues.
