As VP of Integration Partnerships, your primary goal will be to develop and maintain a pipeline of integration partners to build interoperability partnerships with Classcraft.ResponsibilitiesIntegration partnership strategy Collaborate with company leadership to develop a cohesive strategy for integration partnerships Perform competitor and potential partner analysis Develop revenue growth targets and other KPIs that will allow benchmarking of integration activities Partnership development Become an expert in the company’s products and where they sit within the larger ecosystem Manage integration and content partnership pipeline Identify and vet potential partnership deals and opportunities Conduct robust partner analysis to develop a business case for integration Establish relationships and close integration partnership agreements Grow the scope of existing successful partnerships and exit partnerships that are not meeting objectives Negotiate deals that drive mutual benefit for the company and its partners Work with senior leadership to leverage existing relationships Achieve annual targets associated with the integration partner program Coordinate integration partner implementations Act as a liaison with partners to ensure smooth implementations Work with Marketing and Sales departments on key initiatives Work with the Product team to ensure integration development is successful Requirements 5-10 years experience developing corporate partnerships, ideally in edtech or a similar B2B sector Deal closing skills demonstrate a capacity to structure business deals and work with relevant stakeholders to create winning solutions.

Analytical skills be adept at understanding where our business and partners fall within the market and gauge the impact of new partnerships.

Resourceful and independant This will be a small team; it’s important to be able to do more with less, ruthlessly prioritize, multi-task and think both strategically and operationally.

Excellent communicator This role is about building and managing customer and partner relationships, which means you must be skilled verbal and written communicators (in English).

Persistence Deals can take months to close – being persistent in follow ups is critical.

Product expertise In order to effectively find and vet partnerships, you need to understand the company’s products and services inside and out.
