Preferred Qualifications Foundational knowledge of the mortgage industry 1 year of client service representative experience Type speed of 40 words per minute or better Job Summary As a Client Care Specialist for Edison Financial, you will communicate with our mortgage clients about necessary loan documents and information needed and work to move them to final loan approval.
