Overview:Digital Technical SpecialistLocation: Quebec, Canada (Field)PurposeAs a Digital Specialist, you use your technical savvy mindset to develop relationships while installing CAD CAM dental equipment, Ivoclar digital equipment, and software, training, and supporting services.

Your role is to guide the customer through their digital journey.This specific position will support our customers within the Eastern region of Canada.Your ResponsibilitiesWhile working with your customers, you will provide advanced technical knowledge in the areas of installation, training, onsite support, and annual maintenance regarding Ivoclar Vivadent digital equipmentAs the primary resource for installation, you will serve as onsite lead for all digital equipment and material needsYou will also provide equipment support through onsite repairs for Wieland and PrograMill systems which create dental restorations such as dental crowns and bridgesTo ensure success in this role, it is important that you maintain regular and on-going communications with Ivoclar After Sales teamYou will also monitor and operate within expense budget and guidelines, and complete weekly expense reportsMaintain daily/weekly input of activities and updated profile information into the CRM will help keep you organized and on trackYou may enter and resolve Service Request tickets in CRM in addition to executing all responsibilities associated with the subprocess to fulfill Ivoclar”s Quality SystemYour QualificationsYou may have a four (4) year degree, computer related field or coursework preferredYou have at least 1 plus years of experience in technical support role where you were troubleshooting for customersAny experience in a CAD/CAM application is highly desiredYou may have technical dental background, knowledge, or experienceYou are an effective communicator with the ability to develop long-term strategic business relationshipsYou have a strong understanding of basic business principalsYou are self-driven and can self-manage toward goal accomplishment, while keeping yourself organized and on taskFrench speaking language desiredYou can obtain a corporate credit cardYou are technically savvy, and have working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointYou can to travel within North America and internationally overnight and potentially for extended periods of timeYou can sit or stand for extended periods of time, and can to lift up to 70 poundsYou can also view a computer monitor and enter data on keyboardShape the future of the dental industry with usIvoclar is a one of the world”s leading dental companies with 3500 employees.
