What to expect in this new role: Deliver our global cross border Ecommerce roadmap.

Lead a range of Ecommerce ventures from the scoping stage through to delivery.

These ventures include launching new Ecommerce experience into new & emerging markets, enhancing current site experience with differentiated services as well as delivering foundational capabilities.

We need someone that can carry projects through from start to end and who has a good understanding of ecommerce and digital marketing.

Here is an overview of your tasks: Deliver our global cross border Ecommerce roadmap, including: managing D2C ecommerce sites for new and existing brands in collaboration with agency partner; Capable of managing projects from start to finish, which include different key stakeholders such as brand owners, supply chains, commercial teams and our finance partners within the trifecta of project management (i.e.

on time, on scope, on budget); Drive channel growth through understanding of KPIs for digital success (Sessions, AOV, conversion rate, ROAS, CPA); Collaborate with brand owners and agency partners to drive e-commerce growth via CRM, SEO, Paid Search, Programmatic Display and Paid Social initiatives; Aligns with marketplace/pureplay team to maximize digital marketing and promotional best practices and critical insights across both channels of business; Plan and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing and promotional plans in collaboration with agency partner.

What we are looking for: 3-5 years’ experience in digital project management within an eCommerce driven organization (client or agency facing); University degree within a related business required; A professional title such as PMP, scrum certifications are a big plus; Strong working knowledge of digital marketing analytics and measurement including cost per action marketing (CPA), return on advertising (ROA) and return on investment (ROI), and long term value (LTV) metrics and key performance indicators (KPI); Experience with technology suites such as GA 360, Commerce Solutions are a big plus; Project management experience; Proficiency in English; Proficiency in French (asset); Additional languages (asset).
