Energy Automation Solutions Division has an opening for a Customer Success Engineer position at its Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville location.

Position OverviewThe Customer Success Engineer is an integral part of the customer service team.

This position will be key in providing unsurpassed customer services.

The Customer Success Engineer together with the customer service team provides support for our customers through technical support by email, phone, web conference or onsite.

Provide web-based and onsite training on CYME products and solutions Analyze customer needs through technical support, discussion with customers, etc.

to identify and suggest improvements for CYME products and solutions.

Provide excellent customer service by seeking to understand each customer’s issue.

Collaborate with peers and cross functionally to resolve complex problems.

Customer facing experience and commitment to exceptional customer satisfaction.

Fluent in French and English (written and spoken).

Legally authorized to work in Canada without company sponsorship.

Preferred Qualifications Power systems speciality, IGEE (Institut en génie de l’énergie électrique).

Python programming skills.

Database experience: MS Access, MS SQL and Oracle.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
