Job Description Location: Guelph, ONDuration: 8 MonthsDescription:Job title: Compliance administratorJob description: Under the direction of the Market Development Canada Compliance Manager:o Track compliance of field researchers against requirements.o Contact field researchers by email and phone when required.o Assist in the revision of policy documents.o Assist in managing compliance training and audit program.o Update compliance data in electronic systems.o Conduct data quality checks.o Procuring and distributing supplies.Required qualifications: Minimum Diploma in related field (Ag, Business, Computers)Experience: Strong preference for somebody with field trial / greenhouse experience.
Strong preference for people with experience in working with pre-registered products (preferably in Ag, but something like pharma may also work)Skills required: Detail minded.
Ability to understand and apply Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Strong organization skills.
Ability to interact politely yet firmly with internal and external stakeholders.
Familiarity with Excel and easily learns new computer programs Familiarity with SharePoint a plus
