Your new companyThis company has a well-established presence across the Canadian retail landscape and is in need of a Property Administrator to join its friendly team based in New Westminster.
This company have an excellent reputation in the industry and their team creates and operates urban retail shopping centers and generate long term value of their stakeholders.Your new roleAs Property Administrator you will be responsible for AR, tenant document control, AP, contract preparation, assisting the Property Manager with monthly budgets, coordinate marketing activities, answering and dispatching telephone calls from contractors/vendors/tenants and providing excellent customer service.What you’ll need to succeedIn order to succeed in this role, you must have the ability to work under pressure, have strong written and verbal communication skills and be able to multitask.
You will have experience working in a similar role within the industry.
You will be able to work as part of a team and independently.What you’ll get in returnIn return, you will receive a salary up to $58,000, 3 weeks vacation, bonus and excellent benefits package.
