The Johnson & Johnson Human Resources organization is recruiting fora HR Lead, Enterprise Functions.

The position will be based in one of our offices in Markham or Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Role Summary: This position is responsible for providing HR support to assigned client groups within the global functions in the Canadian region (Finance, IT, Regulatory, Government Affairs, Legal, Communications).

The position will also support the Canadian Human Resources team on key organization and talent initiatives across the sectors.

Key Responsibilities: Provide guidance and coaching to Line Management and employees within assigned client groups Support the implementation of the new organizational models and capabilities within Human Resources and assigned client groups Partner with Human Resources business leads to support the defined cultural, engagement and change initiatives and implementation plans.

Support key business initiatives, including reorganizations Work directly with client groups on behaviours and leadership skills, identifying areas for improvement, assessment, coaching, and training recommendations Partner with relevant Human Resources and business leaders to ensure appropriate resource alignment to allow for execution of local work Support the talent strategy in partnership with stakeholders to strengthen the talent pipeline and grow diverse leadership talent Support and lead key projects and deliverables on Human Resources organizational and talent work, and workforce planning Support the development of Human Resources capabilities within the new organizational model Qualifications Bachelor’s degree, in business or an HR-related discipline, is required 2-5 years of relevant business experience is required; diverse industry experience an asset Experience planning, managing, and implementing projects and business initiatives Proven ability to influence, shape solutions, and build strong partnerships Experience with change efforts, including developing and implementing change management plans Ability to understand and integrate internal and external business drivers and financialmetrics to drive talent outcomes for the business Strong relationship management, coaching, and collaboration skills Strong interpersonal, consultative, and facilitation skills Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment Strong MS office and related talent management technology tools skills Johnson & Johnson is based in Toronto and Markham, Ontario and supports a Flexible Work Arrangement to provide flexibility options for individual needs to support when, where and how we work.

This position may require up to 10% travel.
