We are looking for a Leasing Agent to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who has a great personality, is ambitious with attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Design & implement portfolio-wide marketing & engagement programs focused on achieving renewals with existing tenants, attracting new tenants, & improving the overall tenant & customer experience;Drive to properties to conduct showings, answer questions from prospective tenants and ultimately lease the property.Manage lease negotiations, assist with resident retention and manage the renewal process; Stay up to datewith campus trendsDeliver marketing presentations at fairs and eventsAdvertise upcoming events and campaignsAct as a spokesperson for the companyProvide weekly report to management concerning previous weeks traffic and leases through communication with Leasing Professionals and surveying area competitive properties; Coordinate moveins and move outs to provide for an enjoyable experience for all residents; Assists with the preparation of marketing and advertising strategies, plans, and objectives; Keeps promotional materials available by coordinating requirements with suppliers; Managing and overseeing all company’s social media; Marketing communications for existing and future properties; Make sure the Procedure is followed; Other duties asmay be assigned from time to time.Qualifications And SkillsMust have an insured vehicle with a valid driver’s license.Sales Experience.Must be an effective communicator.Strong interpersonal skills.Tech savvy.Ability to work without supervision, individually as well as part of a team.Must be able to use critical thinking to problem solve when facing challenges.Multi-lingual abilities are a plus.Collaborative worker and effective member of a team.Work remotely:NoPowered by JazzHRtOVfKRVYK3
