This is a Full-time position in Montreal, QC posted April 21, 2021.

LANDR is looking for a Digital Analytics Advisor who is a true team player with strong social and analytical skills who will want to leave their mark on a widely used cloud-based solution for the music industry.

What you will do Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand, define and prioritize analytics implementation requirements to ensure accurate digital measurement; Manage the Analytics tech stack, provide technical specifications/guidance and work with front-end/back-end engineering team for implementation; Develop Analytics tagging architecture, technical specification documents and works with front end development team for implementation; Implement, configure and customize existing analytics solutions appropriately, and evaluate new digital tools; Identify gaps in existing implementations and recommend solutions to enhance data collection, promote scalability, and drive best practices; Perform tests and end-to-end quality assurance on new implementation projects and/or A/B experiments; Serve as a subject matter with regards to the integration of digital analytics solutions.

You are…

An excellent communicator: ability to synthesize business requirements and deliver technical instructions; A self-starterwith the ability to take initiative; Capable of working with various groups of stakeholders with diverse objectives; Proficient at processing technical documentation and translating complex specs into clear and concise instructions; Able to influence and work collaboratively with technical and business stakeholders; Detail-oriented, highly organized, accountable and responsible; Excellent solution architect mindset and conceptual thinking skills; Bonus points if you are a music creator or passionate about the industry!

Your experience Post-Secondary Degree or an equivalent combination and experience with at least 3-5 years work experience in related field; Past experience working in a SaaS company and/or a Digital Marketing Agency a valuable asset; Hands-on experience with analytics implementation and processes using tools such as Amplitude, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, MixPanel, or similar Experience leveraging tag management solutions such as Google Tag Manager, Dynamic Tag Manager, Tealium, etc.

Experience with A/B testing platforms an asset; A good understanding of web-based development/front-end technologies and JS libraries a must-have; Experience implementing analytics on native mobile apps a strong asset; Experience working in an agile/scrum environment; French and English bilingualism preferred.
