We are known for delivering innovative solutions that maximize the productivity and profitability of Canadian businesses.Reporting to the National Rental Operations Coordinator, the Equipment rental coordinator – Client File Specialist, will ensure the compliance of the rental contracts and the accuracy of the information contained therein, while ensuring the customer’s approval.

The agent will also be responsible for obtaining the insurance proof required for the equipment rentals.

Finally, he will get involved in departmental activities to support his colleagues in various follow-ups, in some of their tasks or for periodic replacements (absences, vacations, transitions, etc.).Main Responsibilities Ensure the conformity of the information appearing in the rental contract; Take charge ofthe pre-delivery call process; Obtain the necessary insurance proof from our customers when sending rental units; Provide support for requests, follow-ups and archiving of all information related to vehicle management systems; Become familiar with departmental activities, to provide support/replacement for the rental agents; Support the vehicle registration processes; Monitor our various portals and proactively manage the information they contain; Carry out strategic follow-ups with the client (end of rentals, satisfaction, etc.); Ensure the archiving of documents and the updating of the system according to established processes.

Experience & Desired Skills High school diploma and/or college studies; Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service, logistics, administration and/or equipment rental; Certification in the insurance field or customer service would be an asset; Fluency in French and English both oral and written is mandatory; Proficiency inIT tools such as the Office suite, Adobe, and Epicor P21 (asset); Excellent sense of organization and priority management; Ability to lead several files simultaneously; Reassuring, sociable and courteous; Ability to perform under pressure; Why Manulift?
