The Compensation & Benefits Advisor will support the VP Human Resources with the design, development, communication, implementation, marketing and change management of the company’s Compensation & Benefits programs, policies, and procedures to support the growth of the business.

The Compensation & Benefits Advisor is thesubject matter expert and point of contact for compensation administration, benefits, leaves of absences and pension programs globally at our company.What You’ll Be Doing Acts as the subject matter expert and point of contact for compensation related policies and processes, benefits programs, and leaves of absence to ensure a positive employee experience Ensure that all leaves are absence programs are clearly defined and follow local legislation where required Proven experience and expertise in the development and implementation of compensation structures at a global level Proven experience as a subject matter expert in development, communication and implementation of well-defined Pay Equity program, Quebec in particular Oversees the Pay Equity process and roll-out Participates in the standard compensation processes, including annual merit review and bonus allocations Participates in leading a team in the execution and administration of the organization’s compensation policies, including job evaluation/grading, pay for performance and incentive programs Supports rewards related projects Develops and focuses on enhancement and innovation of benefits Assists in managing continuous improvement within area of responsibility regarding processes, with focus on quality, accuracy, efficiency and customer friendly communication Keep up to date with industry trends and best practice through continuous learning and networking.

Must HavesWhat you’ll need to be successful: 5-8 years of Global experience related to compensation and benefit programs 3-5 years of experience related to pay equity Demonstrated ability to communicate with others at all levels within the organization Experience in a customer service or high traffic environment is considered an asset Detail-oriented Ability to work as part of a team Advanced usage of Excel Nice To Haves Ontario Pay Equity experience Experience in a payroll environment, or within payroll functions As an equal opportunity employer, we celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employeesIn this role you may be exposed to adult content
