In other words, you’ve got your head in the clouds and feet in the mudYou’re an impeccable communicator, able to create transparency so everyone knows how you’re working toward our big picture goals with the support of your teammates.About the roleReporting to our Plant Director, you’ll have the opportunity to apply world-class paint finishes to completed Nexiite panels, being one of the final people to work on the panels before they are shipped, and made into buildings.

We’ll lean on you to efficiently and diligently paint panels after the casting process is complete, working closely with the Finishing Lead Hand and production team to ensure panels look perfect.

Day to day, you’ll collaborate with our Plant Director, plant production team, and corporate design team to detail and complete beautiful Nexii panels.

What you’ll need:Experience as an auto body painter in a automobile manufacturing plant, or as a finishing painter in a precast/modular manufacturing plantDemonstrated ability in using high-level sprayers to paint sheer surfacesArtistic tendencies and a desire to create beautiful building panelsExcellent organizational skills and a keen eye for imperfectionsAbility to develop, implement, and review buying strategies in a manufacturing plantStrong attention to detail and desire to work proactively through mistakesProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams)Ability to work efficiently with a team, and while by yourself, keeping on top of tasks and completing them without managementExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBonus points for:Examples of painting work, experience as a painter in numerous plant settingsExperience as a painter in a green manufacturing settingFinal thoughtsWe believe that diversity of thought and experience fuels innovation.
