Job Description : As Import Coordinator NA at SES-imagotag, you will be in charge to ensure and coordinate the import and follow-up of the delivery of our finished products (from our French Warehouse) to our different warehouses located in North America (Canada, USA, Mexico), and some of our customers.Missions : Perform logistical coordination for shipment pick-up and meet deadlines; Ensure that thedocumentation provided by the overseas agents are in accordance with Canadian/US requirements (bills of lading, packing list, etc.); Follow up on shipments with suppliers and advise customers; Be the link between customers and the various stakeholders in the supply chain.

Ensure compliance with import-export regulations, export controlled goodsCreate commercial invoices to travel with the merchandise, and ensure that the information contained in these commercial invoices is correct.You are the perfect candidate if : You have between 1 and 3 years of experience in the same position.You have knowledges and skills about incoterm and import in general You have all ready worked on Excel and Word (SAP is an asset)You are fluent in english, french is an assetThis position is to be filled at our local subsidiarie at Victoria Square, Montreal.
