As an Executive Assistant, you will be a core member of the team and will help support Snowdon’s growth.

Working directly with our partners, you will take over most office and administrative functions to allow them to be more efficient and productive.

You must be ready to own multiple demanding responsibilities, anticipate office needs, and take action to create a positive work environment for the team.

In return, you will have the opportunity to gain extensive knowledge and experience in the investment management industry.Your responsibilities will include: Support partners across internal and external initiatives by providing leverage on their time (emails, priority follow-ups, calendar management, meeting and presentation preparation) Ensure proper company corporate and administrative setup, including tight document management Manage company accounts, subscriptions, payments to suppliers, and other administrative tasks Support year end filings and tax document preparation for hand off to accounting firm Coordinate executive team & employee travel, including flights, lodging and other reservations Manage office budget and financial administration, from handling expenses to implementing tracking processes Perform research and provide executives with synthesized findings on a variety of topics Independently develop viable solutions to problems as they arise Perform copywriting, basic graphic design, corporate website updates and light content creation tasks as the need arises Optimize administrative workflows across the office Gracefully handle pressure to remain a constantly reliable resource to management Keep company stakeholders informed on key updates and developments Lead a variety of internal and external projects per request of the partners and ensure follow-ups with the work teams Adapt to changing demands and responsibilitiesWHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLEYou should reach out if you have: 2-3 years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent Track record of outstanding performance amongst your peer group Combination of business savviness and roll-up your sleeve mindset Ability to work as a member of a small team handling a wide range of constantly evolving responsibilities Excellent determination and an established proactive approach to initiate and complete projects with minimal guidance Proven flexibility, attention to detail, and organizational skills to maximize efficiency Ability to understand and anticipate management’s needs while balancing company goals Ability to reliably and professionally handle sensitive and confidential communications on behalf of executives Excellent communication and collaboration skills in order to communicate respectfully and effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a variety of different formats You’re self-directed and like the risks (and rewards) of having lots of autonomy to solve problems independently and creatively Proficiency in modern office productivity software Fluent in both written and oral English (French a plus, but not required) A positive attitude and an optimistic outlookWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOUYou will be offered: An opportunity to push yourself to be part of something big and different A chance to directly work with and learn from our founding partners Access to a network of extremely talented and successful business leaders A unique key role in the development and success of our private equity firm A competitive compensation package and health benefitsA LITTLE BIT ABOUT USSnowdon Partners: Investors and Business BuildersAn entrepreneurial private investment firm founded on the principle that active ownership drives outsized investment outcomes.
