IMMEDIATE SUPERIOR: VP Operations JOB SUMMARYThe Master Planner is responsible for implementing the optimum production plan that will meet the customer’s requirements and allow for optimized execution of material and labor costs.

He is responsible for the integrity of the data (MRP) required to execute the plan.He works closely with the customer experience group and all departments to keep the master plan up to date and to ensure visibility within the company in order to meet customer commitments.MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Master Production Plan Planning
· Establish, analyze and optimize the master production plan
· Establish the demand entry strategy taking into account supply and labor challenges
· Communicate actions required to meet the material and labor plan
· Rally the various departments to implement the actions required to meet the plan
· Confirm and communicate changes to the master planCustomer Relations
· Confirm delivery dates according to the deployment of the master production plan
· Maintains and builds trust with internal customers
· Collaborate effectively with all departments within the company: sales, finance, customer service, engineering, purchasing, warehouse, production and quality
· Integrate customer change requests into the master production plan
· Evaluate the impact of the change on the delivery date and inventory level
· Determine the cost of the change in labor and materialBusiness process
· Increase the speed of execution in the introduction of new products
· Supports purchasing in the implementation of a supply program to support demandPerformance Indicators
· Weekly measurement of the percentage of on-time delivery (OTD OTIF)
· Measurement of the speed of work orders
· Master production plan updated in real timeJOB REQUIERMENTS
· DEC in operations management or relevant technical training
· Minimum of 5 years experience in material demand planning (MRP) in an electronic assembling environment
· French spoken and written
· Fluency in spoken and written English
· Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook, Access.
